Profile

As an attorney with a diverse range of legal experience, David “DC” Roberts utilizes his corporate counsel expertise to advise companies on legal and business matters. His experience includes researching and interpreting complex laws and regulations to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts and agreements with domestic and international entities, and resolving complex legal disputes. Additionally, he provides guidance on corporate compliance and advising stakeholders. As a fractional general counsel, Mr. Roberts clients encompass a wide range of industries from facilities design and construction services to healthcare.

In addition to corporate counsel, Mr. Roberts has experience in real estate and probate law, healthcare industry regulations, federal and state employment law, and immigration/international recruiting. He is also a Certified Medical Compliance Officer.

Early in his career, Mr. Roberts was a litigation attorney representing clients on a variety of litigation matters and has in-depth court room experience.

Mr. Roberts is a member of Life.Church, where he volunteers with the youth ministry as a small group leader for middle school and high school boys.  He also serves with the church’s operations team assisting with baptisms and special events.

Mr. Roberts enjoys spending time with his wife and children and is expecting a new arrival in early 2024. He is an avid sports fan, supporting the Tennessee Titans, University of Tennessee football team and the Nashville Predators.
